Advice · Web Design

A well
designed site.

Good web design is not seen, it is felt: you find what you are looking for, you understand in an instant, you want to act. Here is what separates a beautiful site from an effective one.

01, The essentials

Design is not
about decoration.

A website is not a work of art, it is a tool. Its job is not to impress, but to guide: to make clear who you are, what you offer and what to do next, without the slightest effort from the visitor.

The sites that convert are not necessarily the most spectacular, they are the clearest. Beauty serves the message; it never replaces it.

02, The fundamentals

What makes
good design.

01
A Clear Hierarchy

The eye should know where to go in a second. A strong headline, one idea per section, a single main call to action per page. Too many important elements means none at all.

02
Readability First

Careful typography, sufficient contrast, spacious text. If reading takes an effort, people do not read. Form must serve content, never get in its way.

03
Built for Mobile

More than half of your visitors are on a phone. A site is designed for the thumb and the small screen first, not hastily adapted afterwards.

04
Fast, Therefore Pleasant

A slow site is a site people leave. Performance is not a technical detail: it is part of the experience, and a real ranking factor.

03, Pitfalls to avoid

What drives
people away.

01

Following
Trends

Trends age quickly. A site that was "on trend" in 2023 already looks dated today. Bet on clarity and restraint: they never go out of style.

02

Trying to
Say Everything

A page that says everything says nothing. Too much information, too many menus, too many buttons: the visitor gets lost and leaves. To choose is to give up, and that is what converts.

03

Vague Calls
to Action

"Click here", "Learn more": vague and weak. A good button says what will happen: "Request a quote", "Book a call".

04

Gratuitous
Effects

Carousels no one reads, animations that slow things down, pointless surprises. If an effect does not serve the visitor, it works against them. Simplicity is a strength.

04, Our approach

Clarity before
the show.

We design every page around a single goal and the visitor who reads it. Structure and message first, then aesthetics, always performance. A beautiful site that does not convert is a failed site, and that is not what you deserve.
